Exchanges & Returns

At BREETH, we want you to feel the difference that high-quality, natural fibers make in your daily life. We know that finding the perfect fit online can be a challenge, so we’ve designed our policy to be as fair and straightforward as possible.

1. Size Exchanges: Our "First One's On Us" Promise

We want you to be 100% comfortable. If you find that your items don't fit quite right:

  • The Collection: We will cover the cost of the courier to collect the original items from you for the first size exchange. We’ll handle the booking to make it hassle-free.
  • The Re-delivery: We simply ask that the customer cover the courier fee for the replacement size to be shipped back to you.
  • Subsequent Exchanges: For any further exchanges on the same order, the customer will be responsible for both the collection and re-delivery fees.

2. Returns for a Refund

If you’ve received your order and decided that it isn't what you were looking for, you are welcome to return the items to us for a refund.

  • Shipping Costs: For standard returns (not related to a size exchange), the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to our shop.
  • Original Shipping: Please note that the original shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable.
  • The Refund: Once we receive and inspect the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

3. The "Fine Print" (Condition of Items)

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, items must be:

  • In their original, unwashed, and unworn condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Note on Hygiene: For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks cannot be exchanged or returned if the original packaging has been opened or the seal is broken. We recommend checking your sizing carefully using our guides before opening these items.

4. How to Start a Return or Exchange

Simply send an email to info@breeth.co.za with your order number and the reason for the request. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours to arrange the next steps.

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all items, except underwear. 
The following conditions must be met for the refund:

1. Condition of the item:

  • The item must be in good condition, showing only fair usage
  • There should be no damage or soiling on the item.
  • The item must be washed before returning, as it may be donated to charity.

2. Inspection:

  • All returned items will be inspected to ensure that washing instructions were followed and the garment is in a condition suitable for donation.

  • Once the returned item has passed inspection, we will process your refund.
  • The refund will be credited to your bank account within 7 days.
