MEN
You have been doing it wrong all along…size does NOT matter but your measurements do! Remember, your body is NOT the problem.
If you’re not loving how you look in clothes, it’s all about the fit. Embrace this truth: it really is that simple!
Check out our size chart, and let’s celebrate your individuality together. Your perfect fit is just a measurement away.
Tools You Need
- A soft measuring tape (the kind used by tailors or seamstresses).
- A mirror (optional, to help check your positioning and alignment).
How to Measure Your Chest Size
- Stand up straight and relax your shoulders. Make sure your arms are relaxed by your sides and you are standing naturally.
- Take the measuring tape and wrap it around the fullest part of your chest. This is typically just under your armpits and across the widest part of your chest.
- Ensure the tape is snug but not tight. It should be comfortably against your skin, but not so tight that it pinches or compresses your chest.
- Make sure the tape is level all the way around your chest and parallel to the floor. It should not sag or twist.
- Take a normal breath and ensure your chest is relaxed. Don’t suck in your stomach or hold your breath while measuring.
- Look at the number where the tape meets and record that as your chest measurement in Inches or centimetres.
How to Measure Your Waist Size
- Keep your body in a natural stance with your arms relaxed by your sides.
- This is typically around the top of your hips, about 2-3 inches (5-7 cm) below your natural waistline.
- The tape should comfortably sit against your skin, but not so tight that it pinches or compresses.
- The tape should be parallel to the floor and not sagging or twisting.
- Don’t hold your breath or suck in your stomach while measuring.
- This will be your hip measurement, which is typically used to determine brief size, either in inches or centimetres.
How to Measure Your Inseam
- Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart, grounding yourself evenly.
Keep your posture natural—no stretching for the heavens, no shrinking from the truth. - Locate the highest point of your inner thigh where the seams of trousers would meet—this is your starting point.
- Place the zero mark of the tape right at this inner-thigh point.
The tape should rest gently against the body—not slack, not digging in. - Run the tape straight down the inside of your leg all the way to your ankle bone.
Keep the tape smooth, without twists or dips. - Look down or use a mirror to read the number where the tape meets your ankle.
That clean point is your inseam measurement.
Tips & Tricks
- Do not hold your breath or suck in your stomach—let your body naturally relax.
- If measuring for clothing, take this measurement while wearing the type of undergarments you'd typically wear with the outfit (such as tights or underwear).
- Measure twice to ensure accuracy.
- Do not suck in your stomach—stand naturally and breathe normally while measuring.
- Measure at the same time of day, ideally in the morning before eating, as your waist may fluctuate slightly throughout the day.
- Wear minimal or light clothing for the most accurate measurement.
